PACKA LIGHTHOUSE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive showroom sales professional in Singapore to assist customers, recommend lighting solutions, and coordinate deliveries. The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and collaboration with interior designers and contractors.

You will maintain an inviting showroom, prepare accurate orders, and support after-sales service while contributing to ongoing career growth within a local lighting brand.

Formación

• Experience in retail or showroom sales preferred.
• Strong customer interaction and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work with designers and contractors to meet project needs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers during walk-ins or appointments by presenting lighting products.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable lighting solutions to enhance spaces.
• Prepare sales orders and coordinate timely delivery arrangements.
• Collaborate with interior designers and contractors to support project requirements.
• Maintain showroom displays and keep the space organized and inviting.
• Provide basic product knowledge and after-sales support to ensure satisfaction.

Job Summary

You will assist customers by recommending suitable lighting solutions, prepare sales orders, coordinate deliveries, and support after-sales service while maintaining showroom presentation and liaising with interior designers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers professionally during walk-ins or appointments by introducing lighting products
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate lighting solutions to enhance their spaces
• Prepare accurate sales orders and coordinate timely delivery arrangements
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with interior designers and contractors to support project requirements
• Maintain showroom cleanliness and organize product displays to create an inviting environment
• Provide basic product knowledge and deliver after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
