The ideal candidate will conduct regular inspections, address faults promptly via the system platform, and support ongoing maintenance tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Proactive in monitoring equipment status and addressing faults promptly.

Responsibilities

• Replace light tubes, bulbs, and fixtures to ensure proper operation.
• Conduct regular inspections of wiring, switches, and outlets for safety hazards.
• Monitor equipment status through the system platform; address offline devices or faults promptly.
• Perform basic equipment adjustments and parts replacements.
• Maintain records of all maintenance and inspections with photographic documentation.
• Keep the work site safe and tidy; report issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Assist supervisor in monitoring contractors' installation progress and troubleshooting issues.
• Carry out other general duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
