Job summary

The role requires interpreting electrical diagrams, coordinating with contractors, maintaining records, and responding to complaints to restore services efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum NTC in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Building Maintenance.
• Experience in performing simple jobs and basic electrical hands-on works.
• Able to interpret electrical diagrams.
• Able to work independently with a good working attitude.

• Troubleshoot faults and restore basic services where possible.
