Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician in Tampines to perform routine lighting maintenance, inspect electrical systems, and monitor equipment status.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of lighting and electrical components, and the ability to work at different project sites. You will replace faulty lighting, document maintenance activities, and assist the supervisor with contractor coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electrical/Building Services or related field.
• Experience in lighting, electrical, facilities or equipment maintenance is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and lighting equipment.
• Comfort using digital platforms for monitoring and maintenance records.
• Willing to work at different project or site locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Replace lighting components to ensure proper operation.
• Inspect electrical wiring, switches, outlets and lighting fixtures for safety and operation.
• Monitor equipment status via system platform and respond to alerts.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and component replacements as needed.
• Maintain maintenance records with photos where applicable.
• Keep work areas safe, organized, and report issues to supervisor.
• Assist supervisor in monitoring contractors' progress and site inspections.
• Support installation-related troubleshooting with contractors and team.
• Carry out other maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
