Job summary

Energy Renewal Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Lighting Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance on lighting systems, replace tubes and bulbs, and ensure safe, reliable operation of fixtures.

You will conduct electrical inspections, monitor equipment status via the system platform, document maintenance with photos, and support site supervisors and contractors in inspections, troubleshooting, and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Replace light tubes, bulbs, and related lighting fixtures to ensure proper operation.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical wiring, switches, and outlets to identify and eliminate safety hazards.
• Monitor equipment status through the system platform; address offline devices or faults promptly.
• Perform basic equipment adjustments and parts replacements.
• Maintain records of all maintenance and inspections with photographic documentation.
• Keep the work site safe and tidy; report any issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Assist the supervisor in monitoring contractors’ installation progress, conducting site inspections and troubleshooting installation-related issues.
• Carry out other general duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
