Job summary

KING SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a maintenance technician in Singapore to perform lighting and electrical system upkeep, inspections, and minor repairs. The ideal candidate will conduct regular inspections, address faults promptly via the system platform, and support ongoing maintenance tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Comfortable performing routine maintenance of lighting and electrical systems.
Ability to identify safety hazards during inspections.
Proactive in monitoring equipment status and addressing faults promptly.

Responsibilities

Replace light tubes, bulbs, and fixtures to ensure proper operation.
Conduct regular inspections of wiring, switches, and outlets for safety hazards.
Monitor equipment status through the system platform; address offline devices or faults promptly.
Perform basic equipment adjustments and parts replacements.
Maintain records of all maintenance and inspections with photographic documentation.
Keep the work site safe and tidy; report issues to the supervisor immediately.
Assist supervisor in monitoring contractors' installation progress and troubleshooting issues.
Carry out other general duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
