Job summary

LU BAN INTERNATIONAL (S) PTE. LTD. seeks a capable lift installation lead to manage and complete installation projects. You will oversee the installation team, teach members, and ensure delivery is safe, high quality, and on time.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety compliance, inspecting sites for hazards, and conducting performance reviews while maintaining records. The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• ITE Certificate or Diploma in Engineering/Construction required.
• 4–5 years’ lift installation experience preferred.
• Willing to overtime when necessary.
• Available 24/7 by hand phone during engagement.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent, responsible, organized, able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Finish lift installation independently.
• Lead and teach team to complete lift installation.
• Lead installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery.
• Ensure safety compliances and processes are followed by all workers.
• Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep attendance and timesheets records; provide direction and discipline when necessary.

• can finish the whole lift installation independently


• can teach and lead team members to finish the whole lift installation


• In-charge of leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on-time delivery of organization's project and solutions


• Ensure that all Safety compliances and processes are adhered to by all workers


• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.


• Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate

Requirements

• Possess at least an ITE Certificate / Diploma in Engineering / Construction / BCSS or equivalent


• Preferably with 4 to 5 years’ working experience in lift installation


• Can do overtime when necessary.


• It will be contactable by means of hand phone at any time of the day (i.e. 24 hours a day, for every day, including Sundays and Public Holidays) throughout the period of the engagement.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to multi-task and manage ad-hoc projects in a fast-paced environment


• Independent, responsible, organized and able to work under pressure.
