Job summary

BOON ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee lift installation, interior works, repairs, and upgrades at project sites across Singapore. You will monitor progress, assign duties, and ensure safety and compliance with project requirements.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work independently, and willingness to operate at multiple sites. Experience in construction or installation is preferred, with BCSS/Work at Height certifications advantageous.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in lift, escalator, construction or installation works.
• Experience supervising workers at construction sites.
• Knowledge of workplace safety requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with workers and site personnel.
• Willingness to work at different project sites in Singapore.
• BCSS or Work at Height Supervisor certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate workers for lift installation and upgrading works.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure work meets project requirements and schedule.
• Assign duties and ensure proper manpower and arrangements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors and site staff.
• Ensure safety rules and site requirements are followed.
• Conduct regular site checks and maintain housekeeping.
• Check materials, tools and equipment for site works.
• Guide workers on installation methods and procedures.
• Identify and report site issues or safety concerns to management.
• Ensure work quality meets company and project requirements.
• Prepare or assist with daily progress reports and site records.
