Job summary

EM Services Pte Ltd is seeking a site supervisor for lift project installation and infrastructure-related works in Singapore. You will monitor site activities, coordinate deliveries, and manage progress with the project manager and engineers to ensure schedules are met.

You will liaise with sub-contractors on safety and QA/QC, prepare progress reports, handle handover inspections for lifts turn-on, and respond to residents or client feedback with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in lift project installation, site supervision, or infrastructure-related projects.

Responsibilities

To monitor site activities and progress of works according to schedule.
To receive and account for materials and equipment.
To plan and schedule for delivery of materials, testing, to co-ordinate with sub-contractors to receive and account for the materials.
To assess site progress and work together with project manager and engineer on the plan (inclusive but not limited to schedule, storage, materials and manpower).
To liaise with sub-contractors on safety, site QA/QC and logistic matters.
To monitor and control work progress of sub-contractors and report to Project Manager.
To ensure sub-contractors fill-up and submit forms.
To attend to residents / client feedbacks.
To check and ensure house-keeping are in place at job sites.
To prepare and submit progress reports and photos.
To co-ordinate with in-house teams / sub-contractors for handover joint inspections for lifts turn-on.
Other duties as assigned from time to time.
