Job summary

Boon Engineering in Singapore is seeking a site supervisor to oversee lift installation, interior works, repairs and upgrades at project sites. You will supervise workers, assign duties, monitor progress and ensure activities align with project schedules.

You will coordinate with project managers, engineers and contractors, enforce safety rules, perform site checks and maintain records. Relevant safety certifications are a plus, and willingness to work on multiple sites across Singapore is

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in lift, escalator, construction or installation works.
• Experience supervising workers at construction or project sites.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety requirements.
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with workers and site personnel.
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
• Willing to work at different project sites in Singapore.
• Relevant safety certifications such as Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) or Work at Height Supervisor will be an advantage.
