Job summary

RENDER PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a project-oriented professional to lead and deliver multiple projects from initiation to closure in Singapore. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure contractual alignment.

The role requires proactive reporting, safety leadership, and hands-on involvement in process improvement and after-sales support. Singaporean priority noted with a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• The candidate will be fully accountable for the overall result of each project and will be expected to regularly monitor and review progress
• Projects must be delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with the contract scope; where necessary take action to mitigate overspends in costs
• Candidate must be proficient in contract management leading teams to fulfil them
• Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department. Prepare periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment
• Maintain a leadership role in all aspects of risk management. Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with our safety program and focused on providing a safe work environment
• Plan, evaluate and improve the efficiency of department processes and procedures to enhance quality and efficiency
• Schedule routine and preventive maintenance as needed. Establish and maintain a work order system to fulfil repair requests
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product specification
• Attend site and technical meetings with project team for smooth operation
• Work on after-sales support services and providing Technician's help
• Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements

4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule. able to work long hours and late in evenings and weekends
