Job summary

Moving Machine LLP in Singapore seeks a registered Specialist Professional Engineer (SPE) for Lift & Escalator to join our statutory inspection practice. You will lead inspections, endorse PTOs, and oversee LEIs, with a clear path toward LLP partnership.

The role offers high earnings via base salary with variable components, plus flexible work arrangements and island-wide project exposure. Independent PTO endorsements and regulatory expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Specialist Professional Engineer (SPE) for Lift & Escalator with PEB Singapore.
• Valid Practising Certificate (Mechanical or Electrical).
• Experience in statutory inspections and certification work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct statutory inspections, examinations, and testing of lift and escalator systems.
• Endorse and sign off inspection reports and PTO certificates.
• Supervise Lift and Escalator Inspectors (LEI).
• Provide technical advisory to clients on compliance and rectification.
• Liaise with building owners, contractors, and authorities.
• Ensure compliance with PEB professional standards.
