Qualifications

• Diploma/Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Vertical Transportation discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience in Lift & Escalator industry required for Nitec certificate.
• Willingness to learn and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing lift operations, equipment maintenance, repair and replacement services.
• Recommend and plan for repair and replacement of lift parts not covered under the schedule of rates.
• Perform fault trending analysis and monitor lift units.
• Schedule and arrange investigations on chronic or problematic lift units, updating on findings and actions taken.
• Attend customer and Town Council meetings.
• Address lift-related breakdowns and complaints as necessary.
• Provide site support or assistance as required by technicians.
