Job summary

Porsche Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a passionate Manager Retail Operations for Porsche Lifestyle, leading retail across physical and digital channels. You will drive omnichannel strategy, lead a high-performing team, and ensure premium customer experiences aligned with the brand.

You will oversee P&L, budgeting, inventory, and merchandising while collaborating with regional and global stakeholders to grow the Porsche Lifestyle business in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in retail or related field.
• 6–8 years in premium or luxury retail operations relevant to physical and digital channels.
• Experience managing end-to-end retail operations including P&L, budgeting and inventory.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Porsche Lifestyle brand within the Singapore retail org across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Coach and develop the retail team to build a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
• Oversee end-to-end physical store operations, including P&L, budgeting, and inventory.
• Manage the Porsche Lifestyle e-commerce presence, platform ops, and online sales.
• Lead merchandising and buying activities, pricing, launches, and inventory optimization.
• Monitor KPIs and use data insights to drive improvements and reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Align with cross-functional teams on governance, compliance and brand standards.
