Porsche Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Porsche Consultant (New Car Sales) to join the Sales and Customer Excitement team.

You will act as brand ambassador, guiding customers through configuration, offers, and contracts while delivering an exceptional ownership journey. You will manage the entire sales funnel, coordinate test drives, financing, trade-ins, and after-sales touchpoints, build trusted relationships, host events, and uphold Porsche standards across the customer

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of working experience in sales, preferably in automotive luxury.
• Proven track record of success in new car sales.
• Passion for the Porsche brand and exceptional customer experience.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive in stakeholder engagement with timely follow-up.

Responsibilities

Porsche Consultant (New Car Sales)

Porsche Singapore is seeking an experienced Porsche Consultant (New Car Sales) within the Sales and Customer Excitement team. The successful candidate will serve as a brand ambassador and optimise sales and profitability, while building trust and delivering exceptional customer care throughout the purchase and ownership lifecycle.

• Conduct customer consultations throughout the sales process, acting as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador on the Porsche brand, products, services, and technologies, with focus on vehicle configuration, offer creation, and contract closure.
• Deliver an exceptional purchase and ownership experience with seamless, consistent care across the entire lifecycle, while identifying opportunities for the purchase or repurchase of higher-specification vehicles and additional products and services to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the well-being and hospitality of all Porsche Studio visitors, engaging emotionally to create excitement, build trust, and foster long-lasting relationships with both customers and stakeholders.
• Manage and optimise the entire sales funnel, process, and documentation, including updating customer data in CRM@Porsche (C@P), and coordinating test drives, financing options, insurance, trade-in offers, Tequipment orders, PDI, etc.
• Support marketing events and campaigns by hosting and networking with participants and customers, driving excitement and interest to convert leads into sales, including nurturing cold leads into warm ones.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned such as vehicle shifting.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, standards, and company policies.

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in sales, preferably in the Automotive industry within the luxury segment
• Proven track record of success in new car sales
• A passion for the Porsche brand and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dedicated to supporting one another in achieving organisational goals.
• Proactive in engaging stakeholders and ensuring timely follow-up with a strong sense of accountability.
• Self-driven with a proactive learning attitude
• Proficient in MS Office and other technology tools and systems
• Required to perform shift work including weekday evenings, weekends & public holidays
• A valid class 3 driving license with a clean driving record and at least 4 years of driving experience
