Job summary

MCI Career Services is seeking an administrative professional in Singapore to liaise with academics, instructors, and industry practitioners for lifelong learning programmes. You will support funding, data collection, and coordination with internal departments and vendors to run transferrable skills programmes smoothly.

The role requires an university degree and at least 3 years of admin experience, with strong planning, communication, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

  • University degree required.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in tertiary education.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools.
  • People-oriented and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with academics, external instructors and industry practitioners for programmes.
  • Support securing funding and subsidies for development of programmes, including local and overseas marketing of lifelong learning programmes.
  • Assist with data collection for strategic plans and programme-related processes, including certification and attendance endorsement.
  • Collaborate with departments and external vendors to organise lifelong learning and transferrable skills programmes.
  • Handle administrative and logistics matters related to the programmes.
  • Assist in budget monitoring and planning of transferrable skills programmes.
