Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with required experience or a postgraduate degree with relevant experience.
• Experience in higher education administration, operations, or student services preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic initiatives to grow MSc programmes.
• Lead curriculum reviews, examinations and governance matters with partner universities.
• Oversee administrative, financial and operational functions across MSc programmes.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Enhance student experience and manage enquiries and appeals effectively.
• Leverage data and insights for programme planning and decision-making.
• Lead and support other strategic cross-functional initiatives.
