Job summary

Cognizant Singapore is seeking a Lifecycle Manager to provide day-to-day technical support for plant/OT infrastructure in PCS and MOM/MES environments. You will troubleshoot Windows Server, virtualization (Nutanix/VMware), and network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs), coordinating incident resolution with plant operations, vendors, and cybersecurity teams.

Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency with professional English skills.
• Hands-on plant/OT infra experience in PCS/MOM/MES environments.
• Strong Windows Server and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Experience with Nutanix and VMware virtualization.
• Solid TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs networking knowledge.
• Experience with incident, problem and change management.
• Ability to coordinate with plant operations, vendors and cybersecurity teams.
• Strong technical documentation and handover skills.
• Willingness to support remote-site infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for plant/OT infra supporting PCS and MOM/MES environments.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server, virtualization, workstations and endpoints, coordinating resolution with support teams and vendors.
• Coordinate incident resolution, problem investigation and infrastructure changes with plant operations.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and handover notes for support teams.
• Support industrial networking and remote-site infrastructure to ensure reliability.
