Job summary

Cognizant Singapore is seeking a Lifecycle Manager to provide day-to-day technical support for plant/OT infrastructure in PCS and MOM/MES environments. You will troubleshoot Windows Server, virtualization (Nutanix/VMware), and network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs), coordinating incident resolution with plant operations, vendors, and cybersecurity teams.

The role requires strong documentation, ITIL Foundation, and the ability to handover operational knowledge to support teams, ensuring

Qualifications

Mandarin fluency with professional English skills.
Hands-on plant/OT infra experience in PCS/MOM/MES environments.
Strong Windows Server and endpoint troubleshooting.
Experience with Nutanix and VMware virtualization.
Solid TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs networking knowledge.
Experience with incident, problem and change management.
Ability to coordinate with plant operations, vendors and cybersecurity teams.
Strong technical documentation and handover skills.
Willingness to support remote-site infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support for plant/OT infra supporting PCS and MOM/MES environments.
Troubleshoot Windows Server, virtualization, workstations and endpoints, coordinating resolution with support teams and vendors.
Coordinate incident resolution, problem investigation and infrastructure changes with plant operations.
Maintain and update technical documentation and handover notes for support teams.
Support industrial networking and remote-site infrastructure to ensure reliability.
