Job summary

AMARIS ACT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead investment projects in our Life Sciences portfolio. You will manage scope, cost, schedule, safety, and external partnerships from initiation to handover, ensuring alignment with regulatory and quality standards.

The role demands 4–6 years of project leadership experience, strong planning, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to drive multi-disciplinary teams to successful completion.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience managing engineering, CAPEX, construction, or investment projects in a regulated industrial environment.
• Experience developing charters, business cases, scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution plans.
• Understanding cost estimation, cost control, forecasting, and value-improvement principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project charters, business cases, and initiation documents.
• Define scope, work breakdown structures, costs, and schedules.
• Develop execution, procurement, and document-management plans.
• Lead procurement activities including tendering and contract placement.
• Monitor costs, schedules, risks, quality, and progress; report changes.
• Coordinate regulatory permits and safety reviews; manage HSE strategy.
• Lead stage-gate reviews and project-readiness assessments.
• Oversee vendors, contractors, and external partners; manage changes.
