Job summary

PES International seeks a Project Engineering Manager to lead CAPEX projects in the Life Sciences sector, from Concept through Handover. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk while coordinating engineering teams, vendors, and contractors in a Singapore-based permanent role.

The role emphasizes HSE, GMP environments, stakeholder alignment, and robust project control practices to deliver high-quality outcomes for multinational clients.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with CAPEX project delivery experience.
• Experience from concept through handover in Life Sciences.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop project charters, business cases, and initiation docs.
• Create and maintain project schedules, cost estimates, and forecasts.
• Manage risks across safety, quality, technical and execution areas.
• Lead sourcing, tendering, and vendor selection.
• Coordinate engineering consultants, contractors, and third parties.
• Oversee construction activities, commissioning and handover.
• Ensure compliance with project and HSE requirements.
