Job summary

Amaris Australiancapitalterritory is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead investment projects from definition through handover. You will coordinate scope, cost, schedule, quality, safety, procurement, and external partners to deliver projects that meet operational requirements.

The role requires 4–6 years in engineering, CAPEX, construction, or investment projects, with strong planning, leadership, and experience in stage-gate processes and HSE.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related technical field.
• 4–6 years of experience managing CAPEX, construction or investment projects.
• Experience with project charters, business cases, scopes, schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare charters, business cases, capital requests, and initiation documents.
• Define scope, develop WBS, cost breakdowns, and schedules.
• Prepare cost estimates and conduct value-improvement reviews.
• Develop execution, control, sourcing, procurement, and document plans.
• Lead procurement activities, tendering, and contract administration.
• Monitor costs, schedules, risks, quality, and progress; manage changes.
• Coordinate permits, HSE strategy, safety reviews, and stop-work interventions.
• Oversee vendors, contractors, and external partners; ensure handover readiness.
