Singlife is seeking a dynamic pricing and actuarial professional to join the Pricing and Actuarial team, providing critical support in product pricing and operational processes. The role focuses on profitability and regulatory compliance while enabling timely product launches across a diverse portfolio, including pricing, valuation, and investment-linked products.

Formación

• 4–7 years in actuarial or related fields, with hands-on experience in pricing or valuation.
• University degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, or Accounting, with progress toward an actuarial qualification.
• Advanced actuarial knowledge and proficient in MS Excel; experience with Prophet and Alteryx is an advantage.
• Analytical & Change-Driven Mindset: Drive initiatives to improve current process for the benefit of the team based on pain points by leveraging on AI or other tools.
• Project & Communication Skills: Ability to manage priorities, timelines, and projects effectively, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Pricing & Analysis: Drive pricing of new products and repricing existing ones, supported by actuarial analysis, data modeling, and experience studies to inform strategic decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, IT, Operations, Claims, Investment, Finance, Risk Management, and other stakeholders to resolve product-related issues and drive initiatives.
• Regulatory & Governance Support: Prepare materials for Product Committee meetings and manage premium certificate filings with MAS, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Operational & System Support: Provide support for PSQ, UAT, and sign-off processes, addressing system and collateral issues from a pricing perspective.
• Mentorship & Development: Contribute to the growth of analysts through guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Ad-Hoc Requests: Respond to data and statistical requests from regulatory bodies such as LIA, MAS, MOH, and CPF.
