Job summary

Sun Life Singapore invites an Assistant Pricing Manager to join our actuarial team. You will support end-to-end pricing of insurance products, analyze market trends, and craft pricing strategies aligned with profitability and risk controls.

You will oversee Value of New Business reporting, mentor juniors, and interact with leadership across ALM and Valuation. The role offers exposure to multiple lines of business and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in Life Insurance industry.
• Professional actuarial qualifications (ASA/ACAS) required; FSA/FCAS preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing and actuarial analysis for new HNW product initiatives.
• Develop deterministic and stochastic models for pricing and profitability.
• Oversee Value of New Business (VNB) reporting and explain drivers of profitability.
• Collaborate with Product Strategy, Implementation and Business teams to design differentiated offerings.
• Mentor junior pricing analysts and promote best practices.
