Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a service or operations environment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage frontline customer service points at Traffic Police HQ.
• Process licensing transactions and ensure timely record updates.
• Administer suspension and revocation of driving licences.
• Administer Court disqualification of driving licences.
• Process renewals of driving licences for eligible motorists.
• Report medically unfit drivers for driving licence status.
• Serve as subject matter expert on licensing policies under the Road Traffic Act.
• Verify and certify invoices and billing related to licensing operations.
• Leverage Robotic Process Automation to streamline routine administrative tasks.
