SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Sales Executive to join our consultancy team in Hougang, Singapore. You will drive business development, identify prospective clients, present licence application and regulatory compliance solutions, and manage client relationships from first contact to contract.

This role requires strong communication skills and a client-first mindset, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Facilities Management or related discipline.
• Willingness to learn facilities management.
• Proven sales or business development experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with URA/HDB/SCDF/SFA guidelines, codes and regulations is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and resilient.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Team player with a client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and follow up with prospective clients.
• Present and sell licence application solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, and manage contracts.
• Analyse customer needs and feedback to support acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
• Travel to client sites as required.
