Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive revenue growth in Singapore. You will identify and convert new business opportunities, acting as the main contact for clients, understanding licensing needs, and recommending our consultancy services.

From lead generation to proposals and deal closure, you will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service, and strive to achieve targets while maintaining strong client

Qualifications

• Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Facilities Management or related discipline.
• No experience required but willingness to learn is welcome.
• Experience in sales or business development is advantageous.
• Familiarity with URA/ HDB/ SCDF/ SFA guidelines is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and develop new business opportunities.
• Promote and sell licence application and consultancy services.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Handle enquiries, prepare proposals/quotations, and manage contracts.
• Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Keep up with market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Travel to client sites for meetings and business development activities.
