DBS Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks a senior technology leader to provide end-to-end leadership for Lending platforms, spanning architecture, modernisation, delivery and resilience. You will guide Credit Origination, Processing, Servicing and related ecosystems across Retail and Institutional Banking.

The role requires hands-on engineering credibility, setting platform strategy, driving cloud-native, microservices and AI-enabled solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and robust risk

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology experience with hands-on software engineering.
• Proven track record leading software teams in banking or financial services.
• Experience across enterprise-scale systems as developer and lead.
• Experience delivering large-scale platforms for customer-facing or operational banking.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture, design and delivery of lending platforms across origination, processing, servicing.
• Engage at source-code level while leading senior engineering and delivery teams.
• Define platform tech strategy and engineering roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Collaborate with business, risk, product to shape future lending capabilities.
