You will influence architecture, governance, and delivery across multiple squads, champion cloud-native, microservices, and API strategies, and mentor engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable banking services.

Qualifications

Significant software engineering exp in Core Banking or large-scale processing systems.
Proven experience leading engineering teams with hands-on architecture involvement.
Strong track record delivering platform modernization and cloud-native initiatives.

Responsabilités

Lead architecture, design, and development of Core Banking apps and services.
Provide technical leadership for solution design and platform modernization.
Drive cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven patterns with engineering best practices.
Govern architecture reviews, design reviews, and governance across delivery teams.
Evaluate new tech (AI-assisted dev) to boost productivity and platform capabilities.
