Job summary

MORGAN MCKINLEY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Lending Middle Office / Loan Operations professional to support end-to-end lending processes for bilateral and syndicated facilities.

You will manage day-to-day middle office activities and coordinate with Front Office, Credit/Risk, Legal and Finance teams. The role requires 2+ years in lending operations with knowledge of loan documentation, facility agreements, and ideally LOANIQ or SWIFT.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Banking & Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant banking experience, preferably in lending operations or middle office.
• Hands-on experience with bilateral and/or syndicated lending transactions.
• Understanding of loan documentation and facility agreements.
• Experience with LOANIQ would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of SWIFT would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day lending middle office activities across bilateral and syndicated credit facilities.
• Support end to end lifecycle of lending transactions: drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, prepayments and fee processing.
• Review loan documentation and facility agreements.
• Monitor credit limits, facility availability and outstanding exposures.
• Work closely with Front Office, Credit/Risk, Legal, Finance, Payments and other internal requirements.
• Participate in system enhancements, testing and operational projects.

Our client, a leading international financial institution, is looking to hire a Lending Middle Office / Loan Operations professional to join their Singapore team.

This will be a good opportunity for banking operations professional who has hands on experience across bilateral and syndicated lending, supporting end to end lifecycle of complex credit facilities.
