Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Credit Admin Team Lead to oversee the preparation, vetting, and review of facility letters, agreements, and security documents in a Singapore-based role. Lead a small team, ensure compliance, and coordinate between lenders and borrowers.

The role requires strong knowledge of loan documentation, collateral management, and leadership to manage multiple tasks within tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of credit administration experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation, collateral management, and compliance requirements.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks under tight timelines.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, vet, and review facility letters, agreements, and security documents.
• Ensure completeness, validity, and enforceability of executed loan documentation.
• Review and release system transactions related to facility limits, rates, collateral, and expiry dates.
• Safekeep original security documents and monitor property valuations and insurance coverage.
• Prepare credit-related reports for management and Loan Committee.
• Supervise junior staff and maintain accurate credit and collateral records.
• Oversee admin tasks for syndicated loans and act as contact between lenders and borrowers.
• Perform Heads duties during absences and support ad-hoc reporting or audit requests.

• Prepare credit-related reports (e.g. documentation status, covenant and collateral monitoring) for management and Loan Committee.
• Supervise junior staff and provide guidance in maintaining accurate credit and collateral records.
• Oversee administrative tasks for syndicated loans and act as point of contact between lenders and borrowers.
• Perform Heads duties during absences and support ad-hoc reporting or audit request
  Requirements:
