Legal Operations Data Analytics Specialist

Lenovo's commitment to innovation is paving the way for a more equitable, trustworthy, and smarter future worldwide.In this role as a Legal Operations Data Analytics Analyst at Lenovo, you will play a crucial part in creating and maintaining dashboards and reporting packages for Legal leadership and internal customers. Your responsibilities will include supporting the development and upkeep of dashboards to facilitate quick data analysis for Legal Leadership on an ad hoc basis, assisting customers in utilizing data dashboards, and providing analytics on reported data. You will also be responsible for creating and updating design documentation for dashboards, ensuring data quality through reporting and analysis, identifying data issues, recommending solutions for improvement, and making data-driven recommendations based on industry trends and tool enhancements.To qualify for this role, you should have a total of 4 years of prior work experience, with at least 4 years of relevant experience in data and dashboard creation within a fast-paced corporate Legal or IT department. You should be proficient in Advanced Data Reporting using Power BI dashboard for 3-4 years, Excel for 4 years, and System Process Documentation and Support for 2-4 years. Additionally, you should possess the ability to analyze data, identify trends and outliers, and suggest improvements, along with skills in AI models in Analytics, the use of other dashboard tools like Tableau and ClickSense, SharePoint capabilities, process flow charts, and word documentation for processes, project coordination, and task planning. Furthermore, you should have a Bachelor's degree, with the ability to travel less than 10% of the time, expert fluency in English, and multi-language fluency desired.
