PARKWAY HOSPITALS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an in-house legal professional to provide comprehensive corporate and commercial legal support. You will review vendor and vendor service contracts, assist in tender processes, and handle disputes and regulatory complaints.

The role requires a recognized law degree, admission to practice in a major jurisdiction, and at least 3 years PQE, with immediate starters preferred and a commitment of at least 5 months.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive legal support for general corporate and commercial matters.
• Review contracts with vendors, service providers and B2B arrangements.
• Support the tender process, including government and private sector tenders.
• Manage dispute resolution matters and handle regulatory complaints.
• Maintain and enhance the contract template repository.
• Provide legal advice on regulatory and legal issues across the organisation.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide comprehensive legal support for general corporate and commercial matters.
• Review of vendors, service providers and business-to-business (B2B) contracts, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the tender process, including participation in government and private sector tenders.
• Manage dispute resolution matters and handle regulatory complaints.
• Maintain and enhance the contract template repository.
• Work closely with the various facilities and business units to provide legal support on all transactions, projects and operational matters.
• Achieve the commercial objectives of the business in a legally compliant manner by identifying risks and implementing appropriate risk mitigation measures.
• Provide advice on regulatory and legal issues across the organisation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel on legal advice, interpretation of legal positions, and management of legal costs.
• Stay up to date on relevant legal and regulatory developments, legislative changes and compliance requirements.
• Undertake other duties, special projects and ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Recognized law degree
• Licensed to practise law in at least one major legal jurisdiction
• At least three (3) years of Post-Qualification Education ("PQE")
• Immediate starters preferred
• Able to commit for at least 5 months
