Job summary

AUX CLOUD COMMERCE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced in-house lawyer to draft, review, and revise contracts, ensuring the company’s legal and commercial interests are protected across regional operations.

You will advise on corporate governance, regulatory matters, and disputes, coordinating with external counsel and regulators to implement compliant processes and support efficient business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract, corporate and regulatory matters.
• Experience in dispute resolution and litigation management.
• Good communication, legal research and analytical skills.
• Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise various contracts to support business objectives while safeguarding the Company’s legal and commercial interests.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, day-to-day operations, and regulatory matters affecting cross-regional activities.
• Support dispute resolution and litigation management by developing effective strategies to mitigate legal risks.
• Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment with the Company’s interests and applicable legal requirements.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and provide timely legal opinions on policy changes, regulatory developments, and other legal matters.
• Assist department heads in developing and implementing legal processes, guidelines, and templates to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
