Job summary

Deepcore Labs Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced in-house lawyer to provide expert regulatory, licensing, and compliance guidance across markets.

You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts while identifying risks and advising stakeholders. The role requires 3–6 years in corporate, commercial, or regulatory law, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in law (e.g., LLB, JD or equivalent).
• 3–6 years of corporate, commercial, or regulatory legal work (in-house or private practice).
• Strong drafting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills demonstrated through contract negotiation and legal advisory roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to international regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including vendor agreements, partnerships, and service contracts.
• Interpret regulatory developments and implement practical compliance frameworks for business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external counsel on jurisdiction-specific legal matters to manage cross-border risks effectively.
• Identify legal risks and develop balanced, business-aligned solutions to mitigate potential issues.
• Develop and maintain internal legal policies, contract templates, and knowledge resources to support consistent legal practices.
