Job summary

The Singapore Public Service invites applications for a motivated Legal Executive to support knowledge management, information sharing and capability-building within the Legal Department and across the Service. The role collaborates with Civil and Prosecution teams to capture, organise and disseminate legal knowledge and updates.

The successful candidate will work with information platforms, present materials clearly to diverse audiences, and help build training resources and knowledge

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Knowledge Management or Information Management or related field.
• Experience in knowledge management, information management, content management, training administration.
• Experience with knowledge repositories, intranet sites or CMS.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present clearly.
• Ability to coordinate multiple knowledge-management and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of knowledge management initiatives and practices.
• Maintain department-wide knowledge repositories with guidance, templates, training materials and updates.
• Work with Civil and Prosecution officers to identify materials for preservation and sharing.
• Capture institutional knowledge from significant legal matters and projects.
• Develop taxonomy, indexing, metadata, tagging and search structures for accessibility.
• Coordinate review and updating of knowledge materials to keep them current.
• Prepare and disseminate legal updates, newsletters, FAQs and guidance notes.
• Assist in organising knowledge calendars and training activities.
