Job summary

K2 Strategic in Singapore seeks a Legal Counsel to support both transactional and contentious matters in the data centre space. You will draft and negotiate customer colocation and construction contracts, joint venture agreements, and project financing documents, while managing external counsel and budgets.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of post-qualification experience in technology, data centres, real estate or corporate/M&A.
• Experience from a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department is preferred.
• Singapore-based or eligible to work in Singapore with relevant bar/PR status.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Draft and negotiate customer colocation service agreements and construction contracts.
• Draft joint venture agreements and project financing documentation.
• Manage external counsel and regulate legal expenditure.
• Develop process improvements, model contracts, and knowledge management.
