Job summary

Space Executive in Singapore seeks a Legal Counsel to support complex infrastructure projects across the full lifecycle. You will draft and negotiate EPC and construction agreements and advise on risk allocation, disputes, and commercial terms.

The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with 4–10 years PQE, trained at an international or top-tier local firm, with experience in Projects/EPC/Construction/Infrastructure and exposure to data centres or energy sectors.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyers with 4 to 10 years of PQE and training from a reputable international or top-tier local law firm.
• Experience in Projects, EPC, Construction or Infrastructure practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for data centre projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Draft and negotiate EPC and construction agreements.
• Advise on risk allocation and dispute avoidance.
• Collaborate with commercial, engineering and project delivery teams in a high-growth environment.
