• 5–8 years PQE with top-tier training or equivalent in-house exposure.
• Tier 1 law firm training is required, with in-house experience or secondments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive regional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Transactional work including structuring, negotiating, and supporting M&A deals (70%).
• Regulatory and compliance support across regional business units (30%).
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Legal Officer to align regional strategy with group goals.
