GTS Consulting in Singapore seeks an experienced Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support to management and departments. You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts to safeguard the company’s interests and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role involves representing the company in litigation, arbitration, and mediation, collaborating with external counsel, and developing robust legal policies and procedures to mitigate risks.

Formación

• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• At least five years of legal experience in a law firm or corporate setting.
• Experience with cross-border transactions, technology, cloud services, data centres, or infrastructure is an advantage.
• Proven ability to draft, review and negotiate a broad range of agreements.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.


• At least five years of legal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. Exposure to cross-border transactions, technology, cloud services, data centres, or infrastructure is an advantage.


• Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements, including customer, supplier, procurement, services, confidentiality, and strategic partnership contracts.


• Working knowledge of Singapore and Southeast Asian requirements relating to corporate governance, data protection, intellectual property, employment matters, and commercial compliance.
