Job summary

Republic Polytechnic invites applications for a CET Associate Lecturer (Business) in the School of Business. The role focuses on teaching CET programmes, designing materials, and delivering courses to adult learners in the evenings or on weekends.

Candidates should hold relevant business qualifications with strong communication and planning skills. Experience in curriculum development and online teaching platforms is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Teach CET programmes in Business and related disciplines.
• Design and develop CET course materials for CET programmes in Business, Management, Marketing, HR, Accounting, Finance, Sustainability, Digital Business, AI, Entrepreneurship, or related fields.
• Deliver curriculum to adult learners on evenings/weekends; participate in assessments.
• Possible role as Programme Coordinator for CET module.

Responsibilities

• Teach CET subjects in Continuing Education Training (CET) programmes.
• Develop and design course materials for CET programmes in Business and related disciplines.
• Deliver planned curriculum to adult learners on evenings/weekends and participate in assessment activities.
• Take up the role of Programme Coordinator for CET module when required.
