Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Singapore is seeking a Real Estate Executive to support leasing activities across our outlets. You will work with landlords, Operations and Finance to handle lease administration, renewals, negotiations, and new store documentation to support growth.

You will monitor expiry timelines, maintain accurate tenancy records, review terms, and coordinate with internal teams on store openings, renovations, and handovers, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple timelines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support lease negotiations, renewals, and tenancy agreements with landlords/mall management
• Monitor lease expiry timelines and ensure timely renewals or terminations
• Maintain accurate lease records, tenancy schedules, and documentation
• Review lease terms and highlight key commercial clauses, rental structures, and operational requirements
• Coordinate submission of required documents for new store openings, renewals, and handovers
• Liaise with landlords, mall management, and external stakeholders on tenancy matters
• Coordinate with Operations and Project teams on store openings, renovations, reinstatements, and relocations
• Track rental payments, deposits, and lease-related costs
• Support verification of rental invoices and ensure compliance with lease terms
• Prepare leasing reports, summaries, and management updates
