Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years relevant experience in retail marketing and leasing.
• Registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or RES examination equivalent is advantageous.
• Develop and implement leasing strategy and tenant mix for retail properties to achieve maximum occupancy and income.
