Formación

• Minimum 15 years in commercial property management or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, facilities management, and commercial leasing environments.
• Experience managing Grade A commercial assets is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operational and commercial performance of assigned asset(s) against KPIs and budgets.
• Manage day-to-day building operations, facilities management and ancillary retail components.
• Lead in-house teams and outsourced service providers for facilities, security, housekeeping and related services.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP, HVAC, lifts and common areas.
