• Maintain proper lease administration and timely approvals of memo/documentation.
• Liaise with tenants on fit-out works to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Support submitting budget and management reports and other ad hoc reports.

Job Summary

A Leasing Executive, reporting to the Senior Leasing Manager, is responsible for supporting leasing operations through marketing, lease administration, tenant coordination, reporting, and maintaining strong tenant relationships to optimize occupancy and rental income.

Job Description

• To support the team to achieve higher than projected occupancy rate and maximize rental income through effective marketing strategies, lease and arrears management
• To maintain proper lease administration and ensure timely approvals of memo/documentation.
• To liaise closely with tenants on their fit-out works to ensure that they comply with the fit-out guidelines.
• To support the team to maintain a good tenant relationship through regular communication and prompt response to tenants’ needs.
• To assist timely submission of budget reports, Management reports and any other ad hoc reports (When applicable)
• Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management

Key Qualification

• Entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal and communication skills are welcome to apply
