Job summary

Frasers Property Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Leasing Executive to support leasing operations through marketing, lease administration, tenant coordination and reporting, while maintaining strong tenant relationships to optimize occupancy and rental income.

The role is suitable for a diploma or degree holder with at least 1 year of leasing experience; training is provided for applicants without experience, and you will work with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing operations through marketing, lease administration, tenant coordination, and reporting.
• Maintain strong tenant relationships to optimize occupancy and rental income.
• Coordinate with tenants on fit-out works to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Assist timely submission of budget and management reports as needed.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisor/management.

About the Role

A Leasing Executive, reporting to the Senior Leasing Manager, is responsible for supporting leasing operations through marketing, lease administration, tenant coordination, reporting, and maintaining strong tenant relationships to optimize occupancy and rental income.

How you'll make an impact

• To support the team to achieve higher than projected occupancy rate and maximize rental income through effective marketing strategies, lease and arrears management
• To maintain proper lease administration and ensure timely approvals of memo/documentation
• To liaise closely with tenants on their fit-out works to ensure that they comply with the fit-out guidelines
• To support the team to maintain a good tenant relationship through regular communication and prompt response to tenants' needs
• To assist timely submission of budget reports, Management reports and any other ad hoc reports (When applicable)
• Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management

What you'll bring

• Minimum Diploma or Degree holder, 1 year of relevant leasing work experience preferred
• Candidate without experience welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
