Job summary

MAPLETREE Investments PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a lease management professional to support the properties within the portfolio. You will prepare and check lease documents, maintain tenancy schedules, and generate monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in lease management/administration.
• Proficient in MS Excel and able to learn SAP.
• Meticulous, highly organised with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage leases including preparing and checking documents and contracts.
• Prepare tenancy schedules and monthly management reports.
• Monitor lease documentation status and data entry into the system.
• Execute arrears processes and present recovery plans for delinquents.
• Track security deposits and adjust audited sales reports where needed.
• Ensure timely submission of gross sales turnover reports and analyses.
• Handle billing issues and POS-related matters.
• Maintain good relationships with tenants and liaise with external stakeholders.
