Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Learning Strategy and Planning professional to drive a systemic shift in corporate learning. You will consolidate the learning landscape, design interventions, measure outcomes, and strengthen a vibrant learning culture across the organisation.

You will partner with senior management and diverse groups to understand operations, create change, and communicate systematic processes using data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Organisational Psychology or Organisational Development preferred.
• Familiar with AI tools utilisation and adoption.
• Familiar with workplace learning methodologies and performance measurement frameworks.
• Aware of latest learning trends and developmental shifts.
• Adaptable, creative and open to new ideas with effective execution.
• Analytical, with strong writing and presentation skills.
• Comfortable engaging people at different levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to capability diagnostics and learning data across the organisation.
• Design nimble, contextualised learning interventions and playlists.
• Define behavioural and performance metrics to evaluate learning impact.
• Foster a healthy learning culture and motivat e individuals and teams.
