Job summary

People Advantage Pte Ltd is seeking a passionate HR Capability Development Specialist to design and deliver learning solutions that advance workforce development and organisational effectiveness in Central Singapore.

You will work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create classroom, virtual, and blended programmes, conduct needs analyses, and drive learning innovation through end-to-end project management.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR/Business/Education/OD/Psychology required.
• At least 2 years of L&D or related experience.
• Experience designing and delivering learning across classroom, virtual, and blended formats.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver classroom, virtual, and blended learning programmes.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and translate requirements into interventions.
• Develop curriculum frameworks, training materials, and guides.
• Partner with stakeholders to customise learning solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and learning sessions to improve outcomes.
• Research trends to drive programme improvement and innovation.
• Create knowledge resources such as articles and multimedia content.
• Organise learning events and webinars.
• Evaluate programme effectiveness through feedback and data.
• Manage end-to-end learning projects within timelines.
• Support organisational development through learning consultancy.
