Job summary

APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd seeks a Learning Programme Designer & Delivery professional to create online, blended, and classroom-based HR learning interventions. You will identify needs, develop curricula, and evaluate learning outcomes.

You will facilitate sessions, collaborate with stakeholders to tailor programmes, and contribute to content like articles, infographics, videos, toolkits, and case studies. Strong facilitation and project management skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in designing or delivering learning interventions or programmes.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and deliver online, blended, and classroom-based learning interventions in HR topics.
• Identify learning needs and support curriculum design, training material development, and learning evaluation.
• Facilitate learning sessions, workshops, and case study discussions as required.
• Partner with agencies and stakeholders to develop customised learning interventions and ensure programme relevance and quality.
• Conduct research on emerging HR trends and translate insights into practical learning products (articles, infographics, videos, toolkits, case studies, role plays).
• Design and organise seminars, webinars, communities of practice, exhibitions, and other learning events; support end-to-end programme coordination.
• Contribute to consultancy and capability-building projects that support organisational transformation and people development journeys.
